Shinika Chanta is a certified life coach who specializes in transformational coaching. She helps millennial working professionals restore their passion and fulfill their purpose without sacrificing financial stability. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Southern University and her Master of Health Administration from Texas Woman's University.
After graduating from college, Shinika entered the corporate world, where she excelled in leadership roles by forming genuine connections and supporting others in their personal and professional growth. Although coaching wasn’t something she originally pursued, her own journey of self-discovery led her to a deeper understanding of her purpose. Through prayer and reflection, God revealed that life coaching was her purpose. She came to realize that her natural leadership abilities were meant to serve a greater purpose both in the workplace and beyond, allowing her to strengthen team culture while helping individuals experience personal transformation.
Shinika has remained wholeheartedly committed to this work, having witnessed firsthand the transformation it brought to her life. That personal growth fuels her passion for helping others do the same. She understands that her purpose is part of something greater than herself, and keeping God first continues to guide everything she does. Her mission is to help others break free from limiting beliefs and emotional bondage so they can live from a place of authenticity and wholeness.
She is the creator of the Root Awakening Mini-Course and the Own Your Throne Accelerator Program, where she guides other millennials along their journey of self-discovery to transform into their true, authentic selves. Through her transformational coaching style and the work done within her programs, her clients have a deeper understanding of their identity, and operate in their purpose with confidence. Which she believes is a foundational area for individuals to be empowered and fulfilled from the inside out.
