Shinika Chanta is a certified life coach who specializes in transformational coaching. She helps millennial working professionals restore their passion and fulfill their purpose without sacrificing their financial stability. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Southern University and her Master of Health Administration from Texas Woman's University.
After graduating from college, Shinika entered the corporate field, where she excelled in management by forming genuine connections to support others in their personal, professional growth, and development. During that time, Shinika embarked on her own path of self-discovery and God revealed to her that life coaching was indeed her purpose while also realizing that her natural abilities as a leader were meant to be used for a higher purpose beyond the corporate world. Since that revelation and after an almost thirteen-year career in management and many years of working her 9-5 while coaching simultaneously, Shinika left the corporate world and became fully committed to coaching and entrepreneurship.
Shinika has been wholeheartedly committed to this field, as she has witnessed firsthand the positive impact and transformation needed to progress in her own life which drives the excitement to help others in these areas as well. She understands her purpose is contributing to something so much greater than herself and the desire to keep God first in this endeavor will continue to be the leading force in all she does. With the intent to help others break free of bondage and operate from their core.
She is the creator of The Root Awakening Mini-Course and the Own Your Throne Accelerator Program, where she guides other millennials along their journey of self-discovery to transform into their true, authentic selves. Through her transformational coaching style and the work done within her programs, her clients have a deeper understanding of their identity, and operate in their purpose with confidence. Which she believes is a foundational area for individuals to be empowered and fulfilled from the inside out.
